Talent Development Program (TDP) by Pepsi Myanmar (Lotte MGS) is a 6-month traineeship created for passionate young individuals. Through the Buddy Program and close guidance from senior mentors, it provides a supportive space to grow, build confidence, and develop leadership skills. So far, 4 cohorts with 34 talents have completed the journey reflecting a genuine commitment to nurturing future leaders.
For every passionate young individuals, we offer a six-month traineeship across various departments to help them explore and discover the best possible career path.
