Pepsi Myanmar (Lotte MGS) empowers female employees through our “High-Tea with CEO” program. Under “ကျွန်မလည်း အိမ်ရှင်မ” theme, employees shared stories of strength and balance with CEO Ma Lin Thandar Aung. Talent Development Program

Talent Development Program (TDP) by Pepsi Myanmar (Lotte MGS) is a 6-month traineeship created for passionate young individuals. Through the Buddy Program and close guidance from senior mentors, it provides a supportive space to grow, build confidence, and develop leadership skills. So far, 4 cohorts with 34 talents have completed the journey reflecting a genuine commitment to nurturing future leaders.

L & D Programs

For every passionate young individuals, we offer a six-month traineeship across various departments to help them explore and discover the best possible career path.
