We started our legacy in 1990 with Pepsi’s first market entry in Myanmar. In 2014, a new partnership between “Lotte Korea” and “MGS Myanmar” formed “Lotte MGS”, creating a powerhouse of world-class brands: Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda, Sting, ICIS Popa Aqua and distributing nationwide.
As human resource development is fundamental to achieving our vision for Myanmar's socio-economic progress, our company is committed to being an organization that proactively prepares our employees to adapt and grow amid rapid changes in workplace environment, ensuring long-term sustainable development.
Our mission is to empower small retail partners through direct access, fair opportunities, and steady growth by creating income that supports families, uplifts communities, and builds future leaders, while bringing Myanmar-made beverages to a global stage with pride and purpose.
I believe leadership isn’t a title—it’s a lifestyle. It’s about showing up, staying steady, and serving with purpose. In Myanmar, we know that progress rarely moves in a straight line; resilience here means adapting, learning, and finding opportunity within volatility. We are committed to being more than a business. We are partners to the micro-enterprises("Mom & Pops") and underprivileged youth who form the backbone of our economy. We don’t just transact; we build trust. We don’t just manage teams; we empower leader-minded individuals to thrive. Our purpose is clear: to serve the least privileged, preserve our cultural heritage, and drive sustainable economic growth from within. We value principles over convenience, and transparency over silence. Thank you for walking this path with us. Let’s build something lasting, together.
