  • Conducting Training Need Analysis(ATP)to align learning with business goals.
  • Designing and developing impactful training programmes.
  • Delivering and factilitating engaging training sessions.
  • Measuring learning effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Managing our learning management system(LMS)
  • Overseeing compliance and mandatory training programmes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, master preferred.
  • Additional certifications in learning and development are plus
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a learning and development,training or similar role.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programmes.
