We are thrilled to announce that Su Mon Theint, Senior Sales Associate at Pepsi Myanmar, has been awarded PepsiCo’s prestigious Chairman’s Ring of Honor. This award, established in 1999, is PepsiCo’s highest recognition for sales excellence, celebrating the “Best of the Best” among our global frontline sales force. Nearly 5,270 associates worldwide have been honored since its inception, but this year marks a significant milestone for us at Pepsi Myanmar.
As the first recipient from Myanmar in 30 years, Su Mon has set a new standard for Sales excellence within our company and across the world. Based in Yangon as a Senior Pre-Seller, she has consistently delivered outstanding results despite challenging political and economic conditions.
Receiving the Chairman’s Ring of Honor from PepsiCo’s Chairman, Mr. Ramon Laguarta, at the New York headquarters is a proud moment for Su Mon and for all of us at Pepsi Myanmar.
