Job Descriptions

  • Oversee inventory management and control processes to ensure accuracy, optimal stock levels, and efficient material utilization.
  • Coordinate and manage local purchasing activities, including supplier communication, price evaluation, and procurement processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assess, plan, and fulfill operational requirements in a timely manner.
  • Plan and organize logistics arrangements, ensuring effective scheduling, transportation coordination, and delivery management.
  • Monitor logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow, timely distribution, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Maintain and update supply chain records and inventory documentation, ensuring data accuracy, reporting reliability, and audit readiness.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and end-to-end operations.
  • Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, or related areas.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations.
