Job Descriptions

  • Optimize delivery schedules and routes to enhance fuel efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
  • Monitor GPS tracking and telematics systems for real-time fleet performance.
  • Schedule regular vehicle maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime and extend fleet lifespan.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet health, safety, and legal standards.
  • Maintain accident records and implement corrective actions to improve driver behavior and reduce incidents
  • Develop and manage the fleet budget including fuel, maintenance, leasing, and insurance costs.
  • Analyze cost reports and identify opportunities for savings through vendor negotiations or operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of licenses, registrations, inspections, and insurance for all vehicles.
  • Supervise and train drivers and fleet staff, ensuring company policies and safety protocols.
  • Monitor driver performance and conduct periodic evaluations or re-training when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree,prefer Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet management, preferably in FMCG or logistics-intensive industries.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and route planning.
  • Proficient in fleet management system and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
