Job Descriptions

  • Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished beverages.
  • Utilize laboratory instruments and equipment to conduct tests according to standard procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze samples to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
  • Identify and report any deviations from quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production staff to implement corrective actions and improvements.
  • Ensure all laboratory activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory environment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a quality control laboratory, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, quality control principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software for data entry and analysis.
